Ok, made up a batch of hushpuppies tonight.
It don't stick to cheese very well.

Anyone got some good food science that could make that *s-word stick to cheese curds good?

If not, I can still fry up a batch Friday night.
Just let me know.

Either cut the curds in half or make the puppies bigger

Maybe dip the curds in milk or something like that. Maybe egg like you do when you fry fish or something just an idea

Lightly sand the curds with 32 grit. That may help.
