I've met a couple of you and it's been good. There's several I can't believe I haven't met. And probably one or two,"Oh so you're so and so"

OPE and the (ahem) err... the other site have allowed me to meet other members that are close enough to visit in person.

I would like to meet Randy Evans sometime if I were to go south. If I do go, all Randy would see is a black cloud rolling up his laneway....

Me too. When you head, send me one of them PMS massage and we'll go bowl a few frames out on Glen Obey at the Barn. I'll introduce you clowns to some of the help with softball knockers. Banjos 'til dawn.

I would like to meet Randymac in person. I missed out when I was within 100 miles of his place last time I was out that way.

I met him at the GTG at Spotted Owl's place a few years ago. Mellow enough, but not what you might expect. Also met Gologit Bob there, SlowP, and Scotty and his wife, and CedarKerf and his wife, and Tree 'slinger. All nice people.

Randy: Clare and I are gonna try again. For some reason the Stihl dealer and Stihl tech don't seem to know how to properly fix the 661 apparently.

It's getting a new wiring harness put in. Then we will reinstall the jug that had it's skirt lifted and bananas shoved up it's ass.

I would use the updated coil, and the new intake boot. All that leaves is the solenoid and the wiring that can be a issue.

Randy: I asked Clare about that, he called the dealer. The dealer said that the saw already has a new coil and boot.

There's nothing wrong with moving cows on a scooter. Hahaha. I'll bet randy even has a modded one so that definitely makes it legit. You never have to persuade a scooter with oats to catch it either. It's like a Tokyo quarter horse

No shame at all, just passing on what I had heard.

I need to make a trip down to see Fish.
Yeah, I may get up that way, if I start feeling better.

Lambert made his way through Ky. about 14 or so years ago, stopped by Lawrenceburg for lunch and a visit, then through Danville to visit Garden Web member "Che". His truck was stuffed to the gills with junk "big timber" saws from the Northwest.

Still having issues? I am in Louisville now, had a couple of short arrhythmia episodes on the way here.

Let me know if you come up.

A couple years ago- I met a bunch of guys from AS up at a shop in Aberdeen, Washington where ebayer "Tedd" was having a moving sale. Ted is an ex long-time faller who runs his own saw shop. I met Sawbonz (Ric), Madhatte (Nathan), Torinocobra (Sheldon), Frazier (Paccity), Spotted_Owl, and a couple others. It was a good time.

I fell timber for a bit with old-time AS member "lucky", another real good guy and very knowledgeable faller.

TXR250r is the one here I'd go out of my way to meet. The Junkman. I want to rummage through his junk you might say. I'd come back to the Land of Lincoln with junk in my trunk. Probably a bunch of old double-pumpers, tri-power and six-pack manifolds, fuelie heads... whatever I could scrounge and scout out what I'd get on the next round when I came back with a trailer. Yeah and I'd say hello to Brian. I'd have to look up SlowP and see if we could go out on a wino binge for a week or two, then I'd hit up windthrown on the way back and see if window peeping at Piltz's is as fun as he makes it out to be.

I'll make the pilgrimage to Kunz Woodworking one day......
many have tried,,to buy things off of him...nope....smash it!!!

Randymac and/or Jon 1212. Treemonkey keeps cashing my checks and Mastermind would too. I couldn't afford to meet them. Oops, had to edit so I don't forget Gypo Logger.
