I have a "leaner" over the back of my house that I would like gone.......
I recently changed careers taking a step backwards in pay, but my bills didn't get the memo and they keep coming.....
Anyway I have a few saws I could "spare" and was wondering what you think would be fair market value for them as I may trade them for or toward the tree coming to rest safely upon the ground.

I have an 11' Husq 576xp. New piston and rings with half a dozen tanks thru it, clean and straight plastic, painted the clutch cover orange as the silver was really crappy looking... very good condition overall. It does have the top couple fins partially broken off on the flywheel side....

I have an 05' Husq 372xp. Has an AM big bore top end and AM muffler I installed a couple years ago, have run a dozen tanks thru it.... very clean, plastic very nice and clean no fading or cracks.

I also have a minty Husq 365. Old style tag 6430430. Is that 96' , 43rd week, saw #430...?

Yes i can add pics from phone if need be.... yes I know...

I made a deal with a guy to cut down two large cotton wood trees and two cut them up so they could move them into a burn pile and in trade I got MS361 that had maybe less than five tanks of fuel run through it. Keep in mind all work was done from the ground no lift/boom required. My total cost less my time might have been $50 for the job. So if you find someone that has a use for the saw you might be able to negotiate a deal for one of the saws. I think this really depends on where you live and how much demand there is for tree service in your area.

Leaner is down,

Trimmed a second tree away from house.

I ended up trading even with them for the 576. I have a 200t of theirs to repair, already repaired one of their other 200t's...
I let them run my ported 550xp and they want me to build 2 for them.
They also plan on buying the 372 from me next week....
So another customer out of the deal also.

Very good deal for you. Glad it got all worked out. Nice saws but the am topends change the value some but I don't know much.

I was quoted $600 for just the leaner.... they did all the limbing with the 200t I fixed for them the day before. I didn't charge them for the carb clean, air filter clean and de funking of the saw that was running really hot due to flywheel, cover and fins that were all caked up with crud...
They dropped the trunk with the 576 and were hooked on it. [emoji6]
Base delete, muff modded but still screened, just barely broken in with new piston and rings. It had a brand new Husq 28" bar and chain it should serve them well.

It amazes me that a tree service would use there 200 as a ground/ limbing saw, not that it won't work just completely not what I think of as a ground man saw I guess to each their own my 261cm is an awesome ground saw....I would like to run a 576xp. How much stronger are or are they not than a 372xp?

The climber used it up in the tree during the take down. Small stuff by hand, all large stuff was roped and lowered. They didn't use it on the ground. Sorry I should have been a little clearer on the "limbing" bit...
