Looking for good usable parts as the title suggests. Really in desperate need of an authentic OEM carb. I believe it was a Zama C3 EL29 or C3 EL42 as a revised number. I could be wrong on the exact carb model numbers but as far as I'm aware they only used them on these cut off saws.

I accidentally lost the ball maybe spring that holds tension on the throttle rod rebuilding the carb for my partner k650 and k850! This was at the very beginning learning the new "small engine repair" skill, adding it to my advancing skill set... I acquired a k1200 that was "seized" sometime later for $75 on marketplace & did not repeat the mistake....(wasn't seized, the unfortunately designed recoil assembly locking clip broke and jammed the flywheel, lucky for me). But those 2 machines have been waiting for my attention, been collecting various loose BB's as I come across them hoping to find a suitable replacement. As I understand it, it shouldn't be crucial to have identical specs, the spring size and tension I imagine more so, while the BB only serves as a mechanism for rotational/axial force application? So as long as its close to the bore size, a few 0.001" or fractions of a mm difference in diameter shouldn't matter from the original..... That is if they weren't made using standard sizes to begin with. The k650 I think is a walbro and k850, like the k1200 use a much larger tillotson carburetor. My hope was to steal parts from the k1200 because it was immaculate, full wrap handle too, 12" shroud and funky asphalt? blade oddly enough, that is until I discovered it wasn't locked up. Still haven't been able to get it running, I keep walking away, disgruntled, lol. But what I need now since I'm keeping them all whole (k650 & k850 were my father's), is a new to me, decent air filter cover and triple filter s wouldn't hurt either. The black rubber housing, the pre filter that goes on the circular filter, the inner tertiary cone filter is not bad but the epdm? Sealing ring is wrecked. Anyone have another tillotson carb, the gdamn minor rebuild kit is $40+ no ball no spring obviously, some filters, the seal or I can cut one, but the rubber housing, alas, I can not repair (attempted) or fabricate new

The k1200 pic for reference....And yes i was in a hurry to try it after my latest starting attempt, when i re-spooled the recoil and couldn't find a service manual or resource with cord length, it loosened after a few pulls....

I do have most of a rough shape k650 (I think) that was partially run over if trade is desirable, and like 40 stihl chain saws and a few ts demos....lol

I now have an extra K750 carb...or...well most of one and a new aftermarket carb for a k750. I've got an extra carb from a K960 now also. Not sure if either of those would help you any or if any of it is interchangable. I know very little about demo saws.
