will bulk stihl fuel line work as a drop in my local dealer keeps jacking the price of the 9 inch piece of curly line for husq stuff.

I have not actually tried echo line in a saw yet, but even though there is some constriction where it enters the tank, it should still work.

I have several saws with the huztl fuel lines for about 2 years,no problems yet,The price is so good replacing them every few years is no concern.

I use TYGON (yellow) fuel line in most situations that don't need a sealing grommet or captive stepped carb connection moulded on the line. I keep a range of sizes and its very !! cost effective plus you can custom fit to any length for better routing than some standard lines of a fixed size. Tygon works well against crushing in a tight bend plus dipped in hot water stretches over a tube easy if a little on the small side.

My local Husqvarna Dealer uses the Oregon tygon line metric in size. Cost me $2.50 a foot out the door.

Tygon is 1.25 per ft in my area but I don't use it.

I have had very good luck with the echo fuel line. The dealer near my work has it. I have used the tygon a few times and it is just fine, but I am going to use tbe echo line when I can.

i got 6 ft yesterday for 1.38 per ft can't beat that i told him i want 25ft of it and he said you can want in one hand and crap in other and see which one fills up the fastest.
