ive “fixed” more than one oil pump by spinning it the other way by hand with the normal outlet submerged in oil so its sucking instead. forces out any little stuff stuck in on the other side.

Check the steel pump/plunger that is spun by the worm gear. If its worn were it fits into the rubber/silicone oil feed or that black rubber housing it goes into is worn or torn it will not push as much as it should. Any spot in the system that loosed "seal" before getting to the bar will drop flow or out right leak. Did you check/clean the brass cage filter in the oil reservoir too?

Have you changed oil brand? Not all bar oil is the same viscosity, too heavy or lite and it will vary output or not push anything.
