Just wanted to share my DIY crankcase splitter. It at least works on the 550xp so far, haven’t had any other 5 series saws in that needed a split.
I have access to a machine shop so I designed a couple of custom bolts. I could get more made if anyone is interested.
Starts with a Lilse 45000 steering wheel puller. I had the shop make a point on the main bolt.

Custom bolt - 15mm diameter head with slot. 9mm diameter shaft, 100mm long. M4x12 0.7 threaded end.
