That’s thin ring piston design with thick rings. I’ve only seen that on 1100. The ring pins are on exhaust side correct? But the numbers are thin ring kit. Very interesting. That cylinder looks like the thicker wall of the 285 actually too. Should put calipers on it to be sure but all 56 mm are KS833

Thanks for the info, I'm definitely no expert in these old parts, was just going off part number on the box. Yes, pins are on exhaust side.

That's why I offered the info, based on box numbers alone I would've bought right away. Luckily I have seen enough that it caught my eye. I just wanted to make sure someone got what they were looking for. It definitely is a lot of work going through old parts

Unfortunately I don't have calipers to measure it properly. It actually has KS 893/1C cast in the base. I'm going to mark this sold until I figure out what this is.

Thanks to Rod @EvilRoySlade he got me straightened out on this P/C set. This is a 285 set, even though the part number on the box indicates it is a 2101 set. If anyone is interested in it, PM me. Thanks again Rod
