Looked through my 2100 stash and no throttle lever could be found amongst the peripheries.
However, Husqvarna has a duck bill valve - Part #: 530026119 that is used in a great many modern saws, that could possibly do the trick. Maybe someone with more firsthand knowledge will chime in.
