Hello pals.
**359**
Apparently now when i "fixed" my 359, i need to change a bar.
Until now it had a 3/8 20" bar, but im not a fan of 20+ bars, 18" is my way to go.
Aparently i found a really low used 20" bar for 17$, but i was thinking to get a new 18" (or even 16") bar. for 25$
What do you guys recall? Note that i dont cut thick trees so often.

**064**
I also found bar for 064 for cheap. Its a 22" bar for 15$, looks okayish.
Is 22" a bit short for 064? (ported, not mastermind level but ported)

Please dont catch on the fact that im looking at pretty much every penny, thats how it is.

**Pics are not mine, from local ad**

Lotsa numbers there, man.

Bar size for me depends more on what I'm doing. Personally an 18" on a 2159 and a 22" on an 064 sounds great.

What are you asking?
Sorry if i got it too complicated.
Does that Stihl bar on pic look good enough to invest in? (according to picture, not much to be seen but eh..)
Is 22" somehow too small for 064?
Would you rather stay on 20" or move on 18" bar for 359?

Not complicated, I just couldn't really tell what you were after. Just a language barrier thing most likely. If the rails are good and it's straight that's a decent price for that bar.

No

Either will be fine. With a longer bar on the Stihl a shorter bar on this saw will provide a little more diversity in your lineup.

Exactly my thoughts, just wanted to hear opinions.

Hmm, i found oregon 18" bar, and two bars are listed as separated articles, one says 3/8 1.5 , and other 3/8 1.6.. From when two types of 3/8 chain exist?

Thickness on drivelinks can be 1.3, 1.5 or 1.6 mm.

I found a carlton speed tip for 35$, any opinions on these bars?
Or should i simply get a non-replaceable carlton for 18$.
It would be nice to have a replaceable tip bar.
