HS-45 tech help needed

Guys,
I have a sluggish HS 45 that I bought a ebay carb for. was supposed to be the same PN but it came without the pin-e clip and washer that the throttle cable connects to the carb. it is smaller then the OEM pin/clip.
long story short I cannot cross reference the PN on the carb to see if I can locate the smaller correct Pin Eclip washer

the carb is a Zama and is marked
"S265B"
4140/22B
56a
is it just the wrong carb altogether or can I locate the correct pin/clip washer ?
S265b is not referenced in media cat as best as I can find

The Stihl part number for this C1Q-S265B carburetor is 4140 120 0622. This carburetor is used on different Stihl models like
FS 38, FS 38-Z, FS 45, FS 45 C-E, FS 45 C-EZ, FS 45-Z,
FS 55, FS 55 C-E, FS 55 C-E Z, FS 55 R, FS 55 RC-E, FS 55 RC-E Z,
KM-55R and maybe on some other models, too. As I know the HS 45 doesn`t use this carburetor.

Well that pretty much confirms my thoughts as well. The diagram does not show the pin/washer / clip that attaches to throttle shaft (#27) and the HS 45 is not on your the use list.

They switched on the fs38, the throttle cable now has a z-bend, and I haven't found a pin that fits. I just drilled the hole out a tad bigger, and used the old pin/e-clip.
