We have been blessed,,,, My buddy a half mile from us lost the roof to his shop and the water is some of the bayou's are getting out of their banks,,, it came ashore about 200 Mi SW of us went all the way to San Antonio,,, now they are saying it is going to do a donut, get back out in the Gulf then run over us!!!!!!

It was Category 4 130 mile winds and storm surge that hit Rockport, the first time 2 days ago,,,, we have been getting 40 mph winds and tornadic activity with the associated torrential rain bands 17" of rain in 48 hrs here .

Houston's rainfall totals has been twice as bad

Yikes. I couldn't imagine anything t like that kind of sustained rain.
