I am curious how the compression release work, i think you actuate it by moving a lever just above the throttle trigger, im nervous to mess with it to much until I get a better understanding of it, I dont want to damage anything

650 service manual out of one of the Homelite shop manuals. The 750 owner's manual has written in pencil that the 650 same parts.
