Is there anyone near Jefferson County (Desoto) that has equipment to drop a couple trees ? I have a large Oak that leans towards and overhangs my house as well as a Large Walnut that leans towards my house and big enough to hit if it falls. I am basically looking to just have them safely dropped as I can have them cut up and removed so no hauling away or cutting to lengths. Im disabled and low income, just trying to find someone that can work with me on price/payments that wont break the bank. I know you will need equipment to remove the oak for sure ( had one guy come to bid and he just wanted to swing, nope not gonna happen . I had a guy before that did my trees at another house but cant find him, He would sell the wood and people would come load up as he cut to make the money and Im open to that as well .

I am right up the road from you in Hillsboro. I don't have the equipment to do that but I can get you a contact of a tree guy that can handle it for a reasonable cost. I'll get it for you when I get home tonight.

Nothing wrong with an arborist that swings on a rope.

Although it looks like I'm topping but what I'm doing is 'brushing it out'. I'll get down and clean up the brush then go back up and drop all of the big wood. Working spikeless and solo. My water oak had died.
