So ya know those coarse threaded screws that hold the handle on the tank assembly, that only thread into plastic? What happens when one strips out?

How do you guys fix this problem?

Plastiweld? Bigger screw? Some sort of helicoil for plastic?

Stihl and Husky problem

I've folded up tinfoil real tight and small enough to fit in the hole then thread the screw back in

Cut a couple pieces of plastic trimmer line and lay them in the stripped hole. Heat up a nail nice and hot and use it to melt the trimmer line in the stripped hole.
When you reinstall the screw only use 2 ugga duggas and not 3.

I learned that on the chines takeout 660's. Impact definitely aint the way to go on those. I like the trimmer line idea. Last 365 I worked on had all 4 stripped out minus the one on the av spring. Probably should have done that
