Well the old man and I had a pretty good time today. Checked out alot of exhibits, including the Makita tent. Never met you guys in person so I wasn't able to recognize you. I was wearing a black Western Star truck shirt and my NRA hat. Pops has a Dolmar 6400 and a red Makita 4300. Looks like most vendors had a successful weekend.
Any of you guys run across that small display of saws that included a couple of the last big Johnny Reds?? It was over near the NYSDEC exhibit. In particular, the new 2188 for $875 had me bumming that I didn't have a bigger play budget for today. 2172 was $675. Pretty much all the vendors had saws available at healthy discounts for the show.
Met up with Marshy and had a nice visit with him as we watched the crosscut sawyers compete.
