You may be correct. I tried to click the sellers name today, came up as an error, can't be found. I will wait till tomorrow to file a claim with ebay, since the delivery date should be the 22nd.

I grabbed one too and it also says it's in New York right now. For $106 I figured it was worth the gamble.

Back to the OP question, get a model labeled XP or PRO. The plain 372 is actually a clone of the 365 which is a 48mm bore, crappy air filter, with the shallow air filter cover.

Do all of your tracking dates and time stamps match mine? Thinking that whole china post site is tied to the scam also.

If you bought from the same seller, his account is gone from eBay.

Sort of, mine arrived in New York at 3:15 on the 24th, and sent to overseas import customs on the 25th at the same time... no update since then from the ebay link.

If I go to a China Post tracking site it has it at my local post office at 3:15 this morning. It's interesting that all the updates are at 3:15.

if you have USPS informed delivery it should start showing up as "Arriving Soon" even if there isn't a delivery date

Yup, mine says "Delivered, In/At Mailbox" at 3:15 this morning.

Evidently I have a pretty tricky postman who can stuff a 395 in my mailbox at the wee hours of the morning.

So if it doesn't show up today I'll file a claim with eBay.
