Fireplace insert with boiler hookup?

I just started learning about these fireplaces that you can hook up to your hot water heating system to more evenly distribute the fireplace heat. Anyone hear about these? My new house I plan on a fireplace, and an owb. This would compliment the traditional style fireplace I was planning on installing.

I'm in the same boat. Heard of them and they certainly peaked my interest so I'll follow along. Even though I don't have a fireplace to hook one up in yet.
