Way too much of this(cancer) thing going around, going to my friend's funeral tomorrow, his fight is over, however my cousin just won his battle, may your friend's fight be strong. Help him keep his morale high when he starts feeling low, attitude is everything. It can be beat! Stay strong and best wishes.

Prayers from Kentucky. Cordele has so much left to give. It breaks my heart every time to hear of someone being diagnosed. My dad lost his battle with cancer April 27th. Please keep us posted on how he's doing.

Hate to see a young person have to go through this. I know a fella that has had cancer/ operations to remove it and you name it for many years. He's tougher than boot leather and can race a horse like nobody's business. He's often in pain and not one time have I ever heard that man complain. He's one of my personal heroes. Attitude is everything with this disease. Prayers sent.

My brother had stage 4 testicular cancer at 20. Wrapped around his lower aorta and his right kidney in his abdomen, and wrapped around his upper aorta and right lung in his chest cavity. Also some in his neck heading for his brain. Chemo and 4 major surgeries, and he has been "clear" for 8 years now. Very scary time for us all! My thoughts and prayers from CT. I'm sure lots of people have advice. But if they are looking I'd be happy to hook him up with my brother.

Oh man Rodney, hate to read this post. My wife and I both lost grandmothers to cancer. Neither chose to fight because it was too advanced by the time it was discovered.

Cordele, stay positive brother. Fight it with every ounce of breath. A positive mental attitude can do wonders.

Tell that young man Cordele we are all praying and pulling for his speedy recovery. A friend of mine had the same our senior yr in high school...'85. He was able to 'home school' in the hospital and at home after the treatments...he kicked the cancers' ass, graduated. Guess what...?? He's been the principal of our high school we graduated from for 20 plus yrs now.

Cordele...you keep your head high young man. You will overcome this. I'd like nothing more than to shake your hand one day.

From an ol' battle-hardened Jarhead...you got this brother. Kick its ass!!
