this echo fuel line that czed suggested is the best quality line I have found locally. I pay $2 per foot up here and that’s enough to do 2 saws usually. This is a 272xp tank and I used the line itself for a stent. Not sure if this is nessarry on the 372 saws or if the hole is smaller. Still very easy to do, cheap and worked great. 6mm line. Thanks czed

288s 371/372
I've done were a good firm fit no leaks.
Used it or 3x5 on many stihls too
Glad it worked for you.
I won't pay local prices 2.00+ per ft
For line lol
I use this same line all the time, but if you measure a pigtail of husky line it is 12" long, so that's how long I cut mine, prob could get by with less as the pigtail doesn't straighten out in the tank, but it's cheap enough I don't bother
Just have to be careful to not kink the straight line between the tank and carb housing by leaving it too long or short. Especially on a 385/372. I made it too long on a 385 before and it was shutting off when I leaned on it as that was kinking the line. Also if you leave it too long in the tank it won’t move around with the fuel.
