Have a superlight one of those on my 590 and it’s plugged a number of times. Haven’t put it on the new 620 yet, maybe an issue with the saw. Glws

Not a saw problem, I have had the same problem with the stihl mount tsumuras. The oiler hole is just a round hole that’s too large to build pressure. The husky mount ones with the angled hole are fine though. Thinner bar oil and turning oiler to max setting helps... but not really a definitive solution.

Gotcha, been using a canola/petro blend which is pretty thin and it helps... The Sthil bars with the super small angled port never seem to plug, and my Husq bar on the 550xp has a small one which never clogs. Why do they still make oil holes which are flawed after decades of feedback? Sorry to highjack thread.

I agree wholeheartedly. I noticed in certain species of wood the problem is worse. It is annoying. I think a lot of stuff is designed on a computer... but not field tested enough in the real world where it matters.
