Has anyone experience with this model, I think the AC denotes auto choke,
is this auto choke something to be weary of.
There is also an Echo CS3510 without the AC denotation,
but in all the media I have seen, the fuel cap is of the old over the top
type, which was one of the reasons I sold my older CS352,
that cap never sealed, I replaced the ring, I oiled it with bar oil
so I wouldn't stretch it when tightening, nothing worked it always leaked.
So I am curious as to how the AC auto choke works, and if it is something
to be avoided, or maybe it can be modified to work like a standard carb.

The only information I see, is the automatic choke is temperature operated.
Bi-metal strip, electric, don't know, would like to know.

Well I see the non auto choke model of the CS-3510 exists in
the rest of Europe, so once again the Irish dealers think they can
ignore its existence and point you towards their old stock 352 model
thinking you won't notice its not actually what you asked them for,
yes, it happened, I inquired, and got a response with a link telling this
is the standard choke version, which it was not, it was a 352 older model saw.

Other than this, I still have no information on how the auto choke
works on the CS-3510 AC, and am not buying one to find out its a
nest of wires and a rare expensive coil and flywheel combo, there does
look to be more wires involved on the cut away image echo posted, that
image excludes the air filter view, so that could be different too to make
way for the auto choke setup.
Surprised no one has one of these AC saws, Echo being much cheaper in the US.

I don't like the idea of auto choke. People need to learn how to start a saw or not use one.

I don't like auto choke either, but trying to find a non auto choke
here in Ireland was proving impossible, they have them in Germany
Italy and Denmark though.

On the other hand, if it was not for auto choke, there would be very little
female drivers on the roads here, even some men folks couldn't master
the choke either, they were always in trouble, flooded, stalling, not starting.
People now a days take it all for granted, turn the key and off you go, it was
not that long ago when only those who had a working mind drove and the
rest stayed at home for obvious reasons.
