Echo 650 EVL starter

I have a 650EVL to repair and I went to start it and the rope wouldn't pull so I took the cover off it and noticed it was cracked really bad in the middle making the spool not run straight. Other than welding the metal cover I was looking to replace the cover and starter assembly. I'm wondering if there are other Echo saws that use this same cover. The 400 cover looks the same but is way too small..

I took the saw back to its owner and told him about the problem. Looked like a decent saw other than that starter. Owner said he'd hang onto the saw and see if a cover shows up sometime. I looked online and they seem fairly scarce.
