Dolmar saw ID help

Can anyone ID this saw for me?
Im interested to know what it might be and if its worth saving/rebuilding?

Looks like a 109-115 (in that range somewhere). Late 80's. See if you can find a serial number.

Nice saws, but I am biased. Best saw in that lot though.

Yes, because there are stupid people like me on ebay.

As for parts, yes and no.

As far as I know a serial starting with 110 is a cc, and it sure isn't one of them

Hmmmmmmmm parts for dolmars don't look like fun to find.

Much googling shows it looking very much like a 109, but I dont see any handle inserts in the pictures Dr google found.

Well never to know to much to not be wrong.

Went out and checked my pro Mac 4300 in my rebuild pile and it's serial starts with 110.

You have a dolmar 109/110 43cc

Nope...... looking very much like an early 115

I think I will get it and mess with it. Could be fun

Looks like the 115 i just got but i know nothing about the dolmar series runs and handles great though just don't Oil .

109 mostly have a 2 point mounting for the brake flag ...


111 (early one 1986 orange top) has the 1 point flag..


Yours ...Possibly !! has a later black top on a early 1986 all orange 111

Have a few flags from part saws (2 point mounting ones ) for 109..110..111.115 and a early 111 single flag on a mk 1 ...111 (1986-87 ) Shipping is a total unknown to me to the US but i dare say customs is not straight forward .

I've never had the flag for this saw. See the little fitting behind the pull in the first pic? Is that the anchor for a two legged flag? I believe they came both ways. This one also has the early starter with the goofy internals .

Yea ..it looks like you have the 2 point top ..iv only seen 1 early 115 with a single flag like the all orange single flag Mk 1.. 111
Give me a day or two and il do some pics and pop them on the Dolmar forum so you can be sure what you have .
