So how do these run anyway? Is the only difference an open port cylinder between this and a 5105?

They run purty good John it is bone stock. I think you can put a 5105 top end on it I think.

They do run well, kinda like a 353 in my opinion

We have a strong Dolmar dealer in my area, used to be a regional distributor.
I see these saws around a lot, just a reliable firewood getter.
The fact that this one has been gone over by Mike makes this saw a no brainer for someone looking for a nice, solid, lightweight saw, let's getter gone guys...
