A couple of pictures of the MINT 6000 saw. I am sure my good friend Chipper1 who overlooks everyone of my post WOULD LOVE TO COMMENT and give his opinion on what a MINT SAW. Everyone knows Chipper1 is an expert on what should be advertised on all chainsaw forums under the heading of MINT SAW!!

Rare is the case where a saw should be listed as mint or minty.
Looks no different than one of your mint saws, I guess some have higher standards than others.
Not sure what the problem is if you worked it out with the seller.
He was willing to make it right, seems as though all was made well.

As was said in your thread about this saw, I've seen similar damage caused from detonation, but I don't work on saws any more than I have to. The side of the piston on the saw I saw it on looked great, the top was completely covered in the exact same marks as yours. The good thing is that the guy I sold it to had the whole thing completely rebuilt so it wasn't a big deal to him especially since it was sold as a non running saw.

Mastermind great summary and I would like to add that shipping was paid both ways by seller. I am completely satisfied with Shorthunter and the way he handled the buy back.
As far as Chipper1 commenting about my saws I am far from satisfied . My EBAY 100% rating on everything I sold including 5 saws in the last 6 weeks is a way better feedback than CHIPPER1 constantly taking cheap shots and has never touched one of my saws.
Thanks for handling the deal Shorthunter and I would recommend his future sales because he stands behind the deal.
