just bustin balls, my dealer will make it right, just really surprised
we used to see a lot of broken rings in shipping the MS192T cylinder kits till we started opening them up and repackaging the piston and rings before shipping.
never seen a crushed piston before

I try and remember to open cylinder kits before shipping for the same reason.... easier to repack and replace rings before shipping, Couple broken rings and eating shipping plus unhappy customer's taught me the hard way. Husky kits are bad for circle clips being MIA or loose in the box too. Dolly had the broken rings.

No , better a simple aluminum, welder you can use even a stick electrode for repair this no rocket science , if you have Tig more better
