Was Deets hybrid a little fat at WOT? Sounded like a strong 4 cycle below perhaps 14K. I could be nutz... just wondering.
Nobody 4 cycling in the cut and all strong mofo saws... just not all done by mofo saws.... ;)

I just re-listened... more like CR500's saw that sounds a little fat... my bad.
They all are like the same note though... I'm think I'm just crazy..

14.5 is what J said is a safe work tune.

He had it close to 15k and it was still a touch fat.

The 064 sounded a little slow but not bad.
It should get farther and farther ahead the longer the bar gets.
Sounded like a good tune for a long bar
The longer they get the slower it needs to be. Any saw tuned real fast won't have any tourqe. Anything over 28" I find 13.5 fastest.

Yeah the hybrid sounded a bit fat too, with a 20" bar it likes 15,400. I've had it up to 15,900 but see no reason for it.

I think even with a longer bar it should still be happy over 15. Its piggy when it's down in the 14's

Deets saw is still stroking well over 15, islet it right at 15. His has a tach on it. The other 2 I set by ear only.

After 3 listens the note sounds really similar. My ear thinks the all alike :) I was crazy thinking @CR500 saw was fat. I hear 4 cycling so much better on videos and when NOT being the operator! Works for me though :)
