HELP! Cracked fins 066

This is a stock 066 cylinder I’ve received and the damaged that is done has left 3 broken fins what do you think is the actual effect left on the area where the fins are not there and does anyone have a oem jug laying around anywhere???

That will cause nothing at all. It’s also on the cooler side of the cylinder.

File or grind off the sharp points and run it.

Besides, that looks like a flat top, no decomp and those are pretty scarce.
The best 066 cyl made imo.

They come with extras. It just has less extras.

Well honestly thought about selling it it come in with a lot of other saws. I just found out the case is leaking bar oil. Removed the gas tank realizing I’m going to have to split this case. It is all factory 1122 as of my knowledge with factory red light flywheel and coil.

I’ve split quite a few cases on some huskys but this will be the first for a stihl

If you have a good RE coil and FW along with a good jug from the same you may have a real gem. But…that tank assembly isn’t from a redeye. May be a frankinsaw

Just disassembling everything trying to see what parts I may need, this case has a small hole. I’m most likely going to be parting this saw out as of now unless someone has a decent case. Honestly rather send it down the road at this point
