I don’t like Ohio State & am in-different about Michigan but I sure as hell root for Michigan when they play the Butteyes or pretty much anyone who else plays them. Just flipping chit.

The only time Iowa State is in the news is when they have players busted for betting, which unfortunately has been pretty frequently lately…

You are correct, I didn’t watch it but actually wanted Bama to win, since Texas is always hyped up, has a huge budget, thinks they chit don’t stink & routinely chits the bed. I hope they get their arses paddled regularly in the SEC.

Not to mention Texas was the driving force for the Big 12 breaking up with the donghorn network & it went tits up. Nebraska & Missouri both got fed up & left.

I agree but until other teams/conferences start knocking them out regularly it won’t change. The SEC is a big media cash cow so it will continue. Hopefully an expanded playoff will help but I doubt it.

SEC has won or tied at #1 in 17 of the last 30 years & in 14 of the last 20 years so I can at least understand where the SEC touting comes from.

Texas won it in 2005 but every year the media almost always chokes & gags while while performing their deep throating of texas.

They put ala in the so called mythical NC game with them for a RE- match instead of one of the other one loss teams. Its a money driven stacked deck-- one reason I gave up on cfb ( & sports in general )
