View attachment 450678That tub has water in it. This is how I recharge my boveda packs. I have enough to just swap em out

Ah, good to know. I didn't know to just soak them to recharge them. Didn't know they could be recharged. Next order I'll get some packs and give them another try.

I recharge mine like Jake does, just put some water in a tub & put the others around it & seal up the big container. Those packs will re-absorb the water vapor.

Thanks! I get it -- Don't soak the Boveda packs but put them into a high humidity covered tub to recharge.

A few years ago, I did something similar for my extra purchases after my Humidor was at capacity. In a sealed container, I put in a sardines can a soaking wet salted paper towel. Seemed to work just fine.

I just ordered a box of Partagas Legend Fabuloso from Famous. Haven't had one in years, because they are so expensive. Famous has them on sale over 60% off at $117 for a box of 20, whereas Thompson has them for just a few under $200 for the box (crazy). Also picked up a box of Romeo y Julieta Montague Toro. 40 premium cigars that should last me till the rains come.
