Ok I was after a smaller bar for my 10/10S so it probably won't fit

If that Mac bar has a 5/16" slot, and there are oil passages from the two D shaped adjuster holes to the chain groove.........then it'll work just fine on your PM10-10S. If it has a 3/8" slot it'll work with stud spacers (spring or 'S' type) so long as the oiler passages are there.
