Can you do depth guages with this guy and how?

I've had this thing for ten years says to use wheel for guages ?? I don't know much about it cept it says stihl and you can sharpen a 3/8 chain with it as it sits. It gets used very little but if it does depth guages it may get used a fair amount as I pretty much hate that end of sharpening
