buying just 4-stroke carb bowl oring gasket

i got their big predator 4400spi pressure washer, has their 420cc engine. Comparable to the honda gx420 I suppose.

My carb bowl o-ring gasket is shot, and best I can tell the circle of the oring is 55mm in diameter.

I bought for < $10 amazon a package of 2 orings + 2 bowl bolt washer gaskets, amazon add assured me it fts gx190/290/390/490 whatever they said but the orings are like 2mm too small and don't fit.

Anyone know how/where to get just carb bowl orings of a given size? HF only offers a complete replacement carb it seems.

I can't guarantee this is right, but I've never run into a Honda clone style carburetor that used a bigger size. I wonder if you just got a crumby set of o-rings. If you can measure the OD of your bowl, I can see if it's the same as the Honda.

We had fuel caps walk off from saws at work. Hard to sell a brand new saw without a fuel or oil cap....

Curious as to why you don't make a new oring from radially available oring stock that is available from NAPA and other auto parts suppliers. or siply cut apart your already paid for smaller orings and glue the ends together to make the correct diamater oring you say you need.

It is common practice to make oring by putting a dab of instant glue on one half before joining the ends together.

We had a few string trimmer heads disappear from new display units at the one dealership I was at in the mid-90's.

We had cameras, just not in the correct places. The person who placed the cameras was not a physical security specialist like me, they just relied on the local contractor to figure it out.

Not long after I started working there, they ended up upgrading the large signs they had hanging from the ceiling designating the different departments. I noticed right away that one of the signs blocked a camera entirely. I brought it up to management and they could not figure out why they could not see anything on the DVR display. I explained three times before it started clicking in their heads. They were really disappointed, because that is where they thought the sign looked the best to hang.
