This is the saw in this thread:
Husky 550xp 545 w/ complete 562xp Intake & Carb | Outdoor Power Equipment Forum (opeforum.com)
Built this right before I started farming that year and shelved it. I ended up building a junkpile saw that I used for testing and that saw has been run by my neighbor that has an OWB for over a year now, he loves it. I do most of my cutting around fields so my regulars are a 2511t, 42 special, & 562. The 50cc saw became a tweener.
This was a brand new 2016 545 with new 562 intake kit, carb, air filter holder, clutch, & 560 air filter. It has 4-5 tanks thru it. Carb is an AT55a and has a thinner base gasket. Only grinding done on this saw was to blend the larger 562 intake and notch the muffler for the thinner gasket. No muffler mod or timing advance, saw is setup for someone to start dickerin' with it. It does have a used OEM cylinder with worn spot under the intake. Should never be an issue and it looks like every 254 cylinder I've ever seen. Piston is the new OEM one that came with this saw.
$425 shipped to the lower 48. I could write a book on these saw so fire away with any questions.
