I have been trying out the 4 stroke version of Aspen for a while now ,both running mowers on it as a lay up fuel and also seeing how they run on it instead of normal unleaded fuel that we have here in the UK...we do not have as much E problems as you do in the US.
The results for me have been detectable in a positive way both for starting after months of lay up (customer feedback seems to support this as well) and also how some mowers run by just substituting normal fuel for Aspen 4. Its not cheap ( £18.75 -5 ltr) but i think its worth a drop in a empty tank then running for 5 mins before putting the mower (or other 4 stroke motors) away for the winter ...protects the rubber parts and stops the corrosion to the internals of the carb as well.

How long have you been using it? And who makes it. Sounds like good stuff.
