Are Tecumseh and Briggs Needle Seats The Same?

I want to stock up on some needle valve seats. Usually it's just the seat that goes bad, not the needle. I would like to buy some seats in bulk. Amazon and flea bay, offer them in bulk, but often don't designate for which engine. Are the seats interchangable between Briggs and Tecumseh?
