First up is an Aeropro G-Shark with 42CC Quadra 2 stroke. This plane is like 20 years old and I used to fly it every week during summers when I didn't have kids!
Doesn't need much work to get going again.

Next up is a Hanger 9 CAP232 1/4 scale modeled after Matt Chapman's plane. This has a Thunder Tiger 120 glow. Bearings went bad after a lot of flight time and they gave me new ones under warranty. The engine is tired again and hope to someday get this one back up there too.

Next we have a 60 size Extra 300 modelled after Patty Waggstaff's plane. This has an OS 61FX and has been my goto plane to get out and get a few flights in at the club field very close by where I live in Lancaster, MA. This would be the QMFC Quinnepoxet Model Flying Club.

Next up we have my Aeropro Laser 200 which is closer to 1/3 scale than 1/4 scale. This is equipped with a Zenoah G62 with pitts muffler and 22" Troybuilt prop.
This one has only been up once at my club's second field that has more room. I really need to get back into it... kids will do a number on time.

Flew the new Spitfire early thirty this morning...flies like its on rails. If ya don't think 85mph is fast, try this one on for size. I'm gonna geek it up, bigger motor, ESC, etc, make it even faster.

re: ANYONE FLY R/C PLANES OR HELI'S?

No, but I was an expert at crashing and repairing them! Tried to teach myself both planes an helis but a normal day has 10 mph winds around these parts.

But I did have a lot of fun spending hours and days building and setting them up dreaming of epic flights. Usually within 15 minutes of flight I would crash, cringe at the thought of all that work ruined, and then get excited to go home and rebuild it to fly again because the next flight would be awesome. I repeated this cycle for while until I realized that it was always going to be that way. Now I have tons of stuff in my hobby room collecting dust. I think it's time to get on one of the RC sites and start selling my stuff to fund my CAD.
