Just put the window ac in bed room and it fired up blowing cold air for about two mins and then compressor turned off. Then herd it try cycling on but no start. Unpluged for five mins and now the fan wont even start.

Check the breaker.
Did you turn it on its side at all during transport?

No it stayed in proper position. May pop it apart to see if i can see anythi g wrong.
Breaker is good.

Think it was baught in 06 or 07.
Just weird it fired up ran good for about 2 mins then buggered up.

What ever these are. It hums like crazy when turned on.
Fan does not work either.

Start components will be located elsewhere, most likely a potential relay and start capacitor.
Got a pic of the main electrical compartment?

From what i could see the little capacitors looked ok on the board. Bo bolging or bursted ones.

Have a look at the bottom of the overload for any burning/ arcing.

The board will come loose by squeezing the little white standoffs in the front. Look at the back of the board for any burn marks or broken solder joints (particularly behind the large black relay on the board).
