I had this cylinder already ported but I wasn't impressed by how it ran,it was strong but was kina blah.
Sold it to cfb and built a saw for him then went about trying to find some power.
I raised the exhaust 2 degrees and changed the entry angle of the transfers and changed the shape of the intake. Seems to have helped it.

Muffler is almost stock with both screens in. 190lbs of compression.

Is that the same one I suggested raising the exhaust a little more on?

Different cylinder but I did try raising it once before and it hurt it so I was reluctant to do it again.
Exhaust height isn't what fixed it but the extra bd did.
I knew it needed more but with transfers in the teens you have no wiggle room.

Flattened the intake floor a little and raised the roof.
I ground through both transfers and had to jb weld them up.

Jason doesn't screw around when it comes to building a wicked saw. He's all in all the time and it truly shows. This will be my second saw he has done and it looks amazing. I'm super impressed. Thanks J.
