I see you want it for a 090G. That was a saw I struggled with the hose on. Close to 20 years ago I bought a 090G on eBay for a pretty fair price. A gentleman north of me that I knew saw it and called asking if I would sell it to him. I already had a few 090G's and only bought this one because it was a good price. I figured I would sell it to him for what I paid. He did the same for me earlier on a very rare saw. When went to run it and look it over I noticed the full wrap had a crack in it where it attached to base. My aluminum and magnesium welding skills are not good so I took it to a welding shop. I wanted to pull off the hose so it did not get damaged but it was a huge pain in the rear. I ended up getting it pulled back enough to weld but it was tough. I paid to get it welded and lost money on the saw because I had already agreed to sell it at the price I paid
Well. To prove a point i ended up ordering about 4ft of some Tubing from a shop in Washington. They had a left over section that they sold Me cheap. Once here I boiled some water, added soap. Dunked it in for a while and what do you know. Goes right on. Once the hot water and soap starts to evaporate and dry up you just use some shop air and get it the rest of The way on. Again. Easiest handle I’ve done with all that open space. No waste and certainly don’t need 30ft to install.
