Gaskets and aluminum case bolts are not available until Mid-August for 592 build. Manual states to torque to 3nm then turn 90 degrees, understand reusing aluminum bolts is a bad idea, even manual states not to reuse. Would there be a problem with just using M5 steel bolts, looking for a reason, mess with Auto-tune or just used to avoid seizing between two different metals. Or just reuse aluminum case bolts and forget it? Thoughts are appreciated!

Aluminum bolts where probably just to save weight. Just switch to conventional steel ones. Reusing an aluminum fasteners is a bad idea as they are always torque to yield applications. The next time you try to stretch them it's highly probably they'll break.

Gaskets and screws 597939002. Just screws 529867201. I contacted Husqvarna, gave me several places to check, but all list coming soon or available mid-August. Not a big deal, I am finishing assemble tonight.

Can I ask why you made a casesplit, in the first place? Maybe the rebuild is in another thread? Would be interesting to see.

Saw was ran for about an hour. Owners employee flipped it out of tree, breaking top handle, clutch cover, brake flag, fuel tank and cracked flywheel side case. Had me order a new 592, said keep the junk. @srcarr52 repaired case, I welded fuel tank, beat the muffler into submission, cut gaskets, new top handle and clutch cover coming. It looks like this now, not pretty, but runs good. Had to replace fuel tank with new, stopped chasing leaks, done.

Sorry did not see this. Split case, so it made repair easier and shipping was cheaper.
