It's a 2013 model. I've had it about four years and it has been my go-to saw that I take everywhere. I picked it up straight gassed from a shop in Hillsdale. All I've done is clean up the jug, throw in a meteor piston, and open up the muffler. With the primer it starts in three pulls or less hot or cold. It idles smoothly and runs great. Occasionally it will stumble off idle but it has never died. If I hadn't acquired a ported Mark II 550 it would not be leaving. I'd like $450 shipped for the power head, I'll include the 20" bar and chain if the buyer wants to pick up shipping. I don't sell much anymore but I can get some regulars to vouch for me if you'd like. Red saws and ported saws interest me if you're thinking trade.PXL_20241228_184831605.jpgPXL_20241228_184848355.jpg

X2 on Tim being a pleasure to deal with. The XS 357XPG I purchased from him was exactly as advertised. GLWS.

lovely saw
Thanks fellas. I really couldn't ask for a better firewood saw. So easy to start and operate and plenty of power. I'd run a 24" bar and chain without hesitation if I didn't have bigger saws.

They'll pull and oil a 28" buried in softwood. I abused my first one, often running the 28" in Doug Fir, and 24" buried in tan oak/madrone.
