I guess he missed the 3003 stihl mount, do you use the standard flat mount adapter or just the rings? If I hadn't bought so many saws in the last month, this would be hard to pass up. Never know it might sit here long enough for my justification skills to improve or for me to have a giant liquidation blowout sale. GLWS
@Homelite410 makes adapters

You'll still end up with the chain being hard to get on with anything other than a 7 pin sprocket I'd say

Not if that slot is long like on a Sushi Hairy Bara.

It's all Good Kinfolk.

That's not the problem. The problem is the tail of the bar coming into contact with the sprocket

Yes I found a brand new chain was tight to get it on. Once I made some cuts the chain loosened up some. Not the perfect bar for a 395 anyway, I'm sure it prefers 36"+. I got the bar with an 066 but sold it PHO.

They run great with anything. Add a link to the chain and your good to go

Once the bar leaves here I don't need the chain either. I might have a second chain around here too.

The bar is in good shape, I think it's worth $100 and they aren't cheap to ship. How about $120 shipped for the bar and if you don't want the chain I won't include it?
