372 oiler help

Guys,
I can't figure out what I need to do to this oiler.
It looks like I lost the wire retaining clip and now the adjustment screw can just fall out and the oiler leaks
What is the fix for this?
I am sure one of you guys has dealt with this.

You'll have to buy that wire or swap another oiler.
