Ya, he did. But I've noticed he's posted a couple of videos from the shop again. lol I imagine it's hard for him to be away from it. I bet that nice Bar Shop Tool is still there though and Rich probably showed someone how to use it properly.

@tree monkey has a bar shop machine, I have a newly acquired Oregon bar tender, am still sourcing wheels for it though before i can use it.

If you end up getting it tig welded, have the welder use hss drill bits for the filler. It well be as hard or slightly harder than the bar rails.

I have hard surfacing filler rods for tig …..

Point being it definitely CAN be fixxed, but does it NEED to be fixxed ?

As said, I’ve used a dremel cutoff wheel to dress the channel after tig welding with the hard surface filler rods. That bar is still in use today, and is a little ugly, but it works great.
