I truley doubt the drug rep knows who the doors are. They make quite the living though by playing along. The reps I know make huge money, bet they have a stable full of ported saws too???

I'm so busy I write notes all the time, especially when it is" , oh, by the way,..". Consolidate the messages at the end of the day . Helps me keep my word with everyone, and I tell anyone if I don't follow up, give me a call!!!

When I work on saws, I give people expected time frame for work to be done.

If I tell them 2 months, and it's 2 days or 2 weeks, they are happy!!

Just tired of trying to fix an 1127 for 50 bucks and make it worth my while!!
