Same reason as the 257.

Saw still starts and runs. The recoil rope is only about 12" long though. Kill switch is missing, brake flag and half wrap are tweaked. Doesn't return to idle unless you pull the choke out. Don't know if it's a sticky butterfly or if it's a air leak. Could be the later. It does have a small score mark on the exhaust side.
