Just dont run a total. Maybe mine was bad but i bought a 20" total for my 262 and it wouldnt oil correctly. I switched to a husky bar and have never had another problem.

That might have been the case. I bought a large mount and small mount for husky and the large worked great on the 562 i had but the small never oiled right on my 262. Perhaps a bad bar or wrong mount. I might give it another look one day.

There is something mentioned in the Tsumura catalogue about this issue. Not sure the exact details but some of their ko95 mounts are for certain saws and some are not. My guess is you got the wrong one for a 262.

it was a Total bar not Tsumaura. Perhaps the same issue there.

Have a look at you 'Total Bar' nose sprocket closely and read what it says. Suehiro Sieko is who makes Tsumura, D/load the Suehiro-Sieko 2015 catalogue PDF and have a look. Ya will work it out.

K095 husky small mount so it should've worked on your 262. Maybe you got a bar with the holes drilled wrong. I have one on my 2260 and it oils fine
