Well I know I asked about a still 024 but I passed on that and got a jonsered 2152. Now my question is do I base delete, widen the exhaust, square the intake and muff mod the 2152 cylinder or do I order a 346 p&c? Thanks

I will say a 2152 in stock form is pretty depressing compared to a 2153/NE346. The 2152 cylinder will be easier to port with the removable transfer covers

I would port or have that cylinder ported. For firewood duty I don't see the purpose of wasting a good cylinder that will run super good when ported. Will the 346xp out run it ported. All indications point to yes but is it really worth an extra $200 to say get 10% more. I personally like the 353 cylinder.

I will try and get a 325 vid soon. It takes a little bit lighter hand than I like to run this saw. But that said. This is a fresh build with 20" 3/8 lgx buried in oak. A lot of bar for a 50cc saw.
Did you put an unlimited coil and 357 carb and intake on that saw? Seems to cut real well.

I would like to see a .325 video that's probably what I'll be running

That runs dam good, maybe I won't throw my 2 2152 cylinders a way. How's it compare to that 5105 you had up here this past weekend
I'm not sure. I need to run them side bye side. The 5105 is more quit and a lot more smoother. Little better behaved than this one. But dammer.aybe I can throw an edge back in the chain and try them side by side tomorrow.
